Highlights have included 11 high-level, economy-wide declarations and pledges, including the first ever on food and health 

COP28 highs have also included broad national and private sector support, to build the energy system of the future, with zero methane, and trebling of renewables  

The conference made an historic launch of the Loss and Damage fund, to support climate-vulnerable nations
