If you are not a UNFCCC-registered delegate and are traveling to the UAE to attend the Green Zone or any other COP28 UAE event, you will need a standard visa. You can receive a tourist visa on arrival, if applicable.

ACCOMMODATION
COP28 UAE will facilitate a booking portal for accommodation arrangements that will enable all registered delegates to book their accommodation for the event. The booking portal along with additional information for delegates is available on http://www.cop28.bnetwork.com
Larger delegations requiring group bookings should contact accommodation service providers as early as possible to secure preferred accommodation.
